Sourcewell and FleetPros have built a longstanding partnership that has grown steadily over the years, rooted in a shared commitment to supporting and elevating public fleet professionals. The relationship began in 2016, when both organizations identified an opportunity to work together in service of fleet managers, technicians, and industry leaders. The FleetPros organization originally formed as the Rocky Mountain Fleet Management Association in 1976 in Fort Collins, Colorado and rebranded to FleetPros during that same year. Early collaboration focused on training & mentorship, chapter education speaker grants, educational sessions and the awards ceremony at FleetCon, setting the stage for a partnership built on aligned values, trust, and mutual investment.
Over time, the partnership has continued to strengthen and expand, shaped by evolving needs within the fleet community and by both organizations’ commitment to continuous improvement. Milestones such as the Fleet Management Series 101 & 201, established board representation and continuing to support the annual FleetCon conference - including the annual award ceremonies - have helped define how Sourcewell and FleetPros show up for one another and for their members. Today, the partnership remains focused on advancing education, supporting fleet professionals, and delivering meaningful value through programs, events, and shared initiatives.
