The Fleet Leadership Award recognizes a FleetPros member serving as a fleet manager or director who has driven meaningful advancement in the management or operation of their organization’s fleet. This award honors leaders whose vision and execution have resulted in measurable improvements across areas such as productivity, quality, service, innovation, community engagement, and employee development through membership in FleetPros. Recipients exemplify forward-thinking leadership and a commitment to elevating both the Association and the fleet industry.

Nominations are reviewed based on:

  • Engagement with FleetPros
  • Contribution to programs and initiatives
  • Support of other members
  • Overall impact on FleetPros and its members

Recipients of the award will be announced and recognized at the Awards Ceremony at FleetCon each year. In addition to the recognition, the winner's FleetPros Chapter will also receive a grant for training in the amount of $1500.00.

Please click the nominations open button below to enter your nomination. You may nominate a member within your agency, from another agency, or you may nominate yourself.  The nominee should be at the level of Fleet Manager, Director or similar.
