All FleetCon attendees—including exhibitors—are warmly invited to this dynamic evening of networking, fun, and flavor. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or have never swung a club, Topgolf makes it easy to join the action with climate-controlled hitting bays and a Topgolf Pro available to offer tips and encouragement. It’s the perfect way to unwind and connect as we launch an incredible conference together.
We're serving up the fan-favorite Smokehouse BBQ Buffet, featuring slow-smoked meats, savory sides, and signature specialties like Topgolf’s famous Smokehouse Burger. Guests rave about the food, atmosphere, and hospitality—expect delicious bites, cold drinks, and good vibes all around.
Not a golfer? No problem. We've reserved the outdoor terrace area, which includes popular lawn games like cornhole, and giant Connect 4. Whether you're swinging clubs or tossing bean bags, there’s something for everyone. . With a lively atmosphere, great food, and plenty of laughs, this reception promises to be a highlight of the conference.

Don’t head back to your room or slip off to dinner just yet—FleetCon’s Tuesday Night Reception is where the real connection begins. From 5:30 to 7:30 PM, the Expo Hall will transform into a high-energy, interactive space full of good food, great drinks, games, music, and meaningful conversations with your peers and exhibitors.
This reception isn’t just about fun (though we promise plenty of that)—it’s our way of bringing the FleetCon community together in one space. You’ll find arcade-style games, a themed photo booth, and a buzzing bar, all while making new connections and learning about innovative solutions from industry partners. Think of it as your midconference recharge—a chance to relax, laugh, and make the most of your time here.
And the evening doesn’t stop there: stay with us immediately following the reception for our FleetCon Awards Ceremony and an inspiring keynote from Dan Clark, world-renowned storyteller, leadership expert, and Hall of Fame speaker. You’ll still have time afterward to grab dinner or catch up on work—but you won’t want to miss the energy and inspiration that starts right here in the expo hall.

We’ll keep the good vibes rolling with appetizers, cold drinks, and relaxed conversation.
