Each conference pass will include all meals, keynotes and educational sessions, networking events and expo time from Monday at 2:00 pm until the Closing Reception on Wednesday.

Technician Conference Pass | All 3 Days

  • Members:  $699 ($799 after 7/31/2025)
  • Non Members:  $869 ($929 after 7/31/2025)
Each conference pass will include all meals, keynotes and educational sessions (including the Technician Track on Tuesday), networking events and expo time from Monday at 2:00 pm until the Closing Reception on Wednesday.


 



Technician Pass | 1 Day Pass | Tuesday

  • Members:  $225
  • Non Members:  $225
Each one day pass will include all meals, technician track sessions, networking events and expo time scheduled for Tuesday.

Tuesday | Wednesday

Each one day pass will include any meals, keynote and educational sessions, networking events and expo time scheduled for the day chosen.

  • Members:  $290 ($320 after 7/31/2025)
  • Non Members:  $390 ($420 after 7/31/2025)

 
  



Expo Only Pass | Tuesday Only!

Expo Only passes will be available to individuals who own, maintain, or manage a fleet.  Expo Only Passes are NOT available to vendors, suppliers or distributors. 

This pass is good for Tuesday afternoon only from 1:00 - 3:30 pm.

Guest Pass
Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday

Guest passes are available to join attendees at our evening events.  Selections are available à la carte:
  • Monday Opening Reception:  $75
  • Tuesday Attendee Reception:  $75
  • Wednesday Closing Reception:  $75




 

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy:


All Cancellations must be in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org.

If you find that you cannot attend Fleetcon, whether as an Exhibitor, Attendee, Guest, or Technician, you will need to make your cancellation request in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org. The terms and conditions of the below cancellation policies are also agreed to during the registration process.

Cancellation fees will apply according to the schedules below. If you cancel your registration before payment is made, you are still financially liable for the cost of the cancellation fee.

We are continuing to monitor COVID-19 and potential impacts on FleetCon. If circumstances arise and we find it necessary to cancel our event, we will refund 100% of registration fees paid by sponsors, exhibitors and attendees.

Cancellation prior to July 1, 2025 - Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
Cancellation between July 1 - August 31, 2025 - 50% refund of total purchase price
Cancellation after August 31, 2025 - No refund given / total purchase price owed

Exhibitor

Cancellation prior to June 1, 2025 - 10% administration fee charged

We hope to limit use of excessive paper by offering electronic conference materials such as the conference schedule, speaker information, accommodation and travel information, and more.
