Preconference Session 1:
FASTER Asset Management & Reporting
Mike Brawley & Kelly Brown, FASTER Asset Solutions

Monday Session 10 am - 12 pm: FASTER Asset Management Tools and Reports: Managing your assets from cradle to grave. Develop your replacement process from replacement schedule to an acquisition plan to disposal. This class is set up for Managers, Data Analyst, Supervisors, and anyone looking at asset management.

Mike Brawley recently finished his 23rd year at FASTER Asset Solutions. His role as VP of Business Development he has evolved over time to include customer outreach and being the subject matter expert for our solutions. As the Senior Product Engineer, Mike is actively involved in communicating our customer needs and wants to development and management to help develop the roadmap that’s made FASTER the most widely used FMIS in North America for municipal government.

Preconference Session 2:
FASTER WEB for Technician Work Station Training

Monday Session 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm: FASTER WEB for Technician Work Station Training: This session is designed to train your technicians how to use the Technician Work Station. This class is set up for the Technician and also beneficial for the Supervisor and Manager.

Kelly Brown recently finished his 3rd year at FASTER Asset Solutions as Senior Technical & Implementation Consultant. Kelly brings years of experience to the company as a former customer, and power user of FASTER products for 15+ years. With his knowledge of the FASTER software, Kelly managed municipal fleet operations to include both optimizing outsourcing and bringing back in-house repairs, VEU’s to manage operations, right sizing of fleet, writing of specifications, establishing a replacement program, management of multiple fuel sites, and budget planning and forecasting.

As a Senior Technical & Implementation Consultant, he shares his experience with customer outreach for solutions, assists customers implementing FASTER, and conveys the customer’s needs and wants to development and management for FASTER’s future roadmap. Kelly adds extraordinary service levels resulting in growth that exceeds FASTER Customer expectations as FASTER continues to be the most widely used FMIS in North America for municipal government.
