Preconference Pass | Monday

  • Technical Session 1:  $50
  • Technical Session 2:  $50



Conference Pass | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

  • Members:  $529 ($679 after 8/13/2021)
  • Non Members:  $729 ($779 after 8/13/2021)



Technicians Pass - 1 Day Pass | Tuesday only

  • Members:  $199 ($249 after 8/13/2021)
  • Non Members:  $199 ($249 after 8/13/2021)
  



One Day Pass - Conference Pass
Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday

Each one day pass will include any meals, sessions, networking events and expo time scheduled for the day chosen.

  • Members:  $275 ($305 after 8/13/2021)
  • Non Members:  $335 ($365 after 8/13/2021)
  




Expo Only Pass | Tuesday Only!

Expo Only passes will be available to individuals who own, maintain, or manage a fleet.  Expo Only Passes are NOT available to vendors, suppliers or distributors. 

This pass is good for Tuesday only from 2:00 - 4:00pm.

  • Non Members: No Charge

 


 

Refund/Cancellation Policy:


All Cancellations must be in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org.

If you find that you cannot attend Fleetcon, whether as an Exhibitor, Attendee, Guest, or Technician, you will need to make your cancellation request in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org. The terms and conditions of the below cancellation policies are also agreed to during the registration process.

Cancellation fees will apply according to the schedules below. If you cancel your registration before payment is made, you are still financially liable for the cost of the cancellation fee.

We are continuing to monitor COVID-19 and potential impacts on FleetCon 2021. If circumstances arise and we find it necessary to cancel our event, we will refund 100% of registration fees paid by sponsors, exhibitors and attendees.
 

Attendee / Technician / Paid Booth Staff

Cancellation prior to July 1, 2021 - Full refund minus $25.00 administrative fee
Cancellation between July 1 - August 13, 2021 - 50% refund of total purchase price
Cancellation after August 13, 2021 - No refund given / total purchase price owed

 

Exhibitor

Cancellation prior to June 1, 2021 - $150.00 administration fee charged
Cancellation between June 1 - 30, 2021 - 50% of total purchase price
Cancellation on or after July 1, 2021 - No refund given / total purchase price owed

We hope to limit use of excessive paper by offering electronic conference materials such as the conference schedule, speaker information, accommodation and travel information, and more.
